VAT & Accounts Semi-Senior
(West Midlands) – Work From Home
I’m currently working with a small boutique accountancy firm based in the west midlands which are looking for a VAT Semi-Senior to join the team due to gradual growth over the past 6 month. The main function of this role is to support the clients in their VAT queries and questions, and is essential to keep the client experience running smooth as possible.
In this VAT role you’ll be expected to be able to liaise and offer feedback to the accounts and bookkeeping team to ensure you’re offering the best service to clients.
Experience in general bookkeeping, accounts, and management accounts would also be extremely beneficial to be able to support other service lines in the company when they have an increase in workload.
- VAT Returns, Submissions & Preparations
- VAT Company Registrations
- Understanding of e-commerce VAT legislation
- Review of junior staff’s work
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Use of Xero
- ACCA (Part-Qualified)
